Li Yan joined Elements Dental as a Dental Surgery Assistant in 2020 after graduating from Singapore Polytechnic with a Diploma in Integrated Events and Project Management. With the skills learned from her Polytechnic days, she is instrumental in planning and organising the flow of the clinic. Having previous jobs that are customer oriented have also honed her skills in providing quality customer service and anticipate patient needs.
In her free time, Li Yan enjoys exploring Singapore and checking out good places to eat. She’ll be delighted to recommend you some of her favourite places, and get recommendations from you too! Being involved with cat welfare work and adopting a cat right before joining us, you can already guess that she’s a cat person!
